ITQuoter is the application that will run the customer facing side (front office) of your business.
Whether it is the time it is taking to find product or pricing information, the speed of getting your quotes to your customers, ensuring you don’t miss opportunities, managing the sales process, final order handling, making sure your business rules are adhered to or creating meaningful business reports on-demand amongst many other features ultimately it all comes down to freeing up you or your team to concentrate those valuable resources on what they should be doing – increasing your revenue!

Within the application you will find all your suppliers in one easy to use application. iSell will update your local ITQuoter with your suppliers with your specific price lists and catalogues automatically whenever they change. No more data management costs. No more searching websites and calling suppliers to find information.
Your specific pricing is updated automatically, all the product information your suppliers provide is already there and stock levels (where available) are displayed. ITQuoter will check all your open quotes for any price or end-of-life changes whenever it updates. Simple and quick to find the products you need for your customers. No more rechecking of open quotes.
iSell further categorise information to iSell’s Master Category Map so that each Supplier has the same look and feel to reduce confusion and as the other. Detailed product descriptions, images and associated items can be further enhanced by adding one of our “Enhanced Product Description” options to your ITQuoter.
Non-iSell suppliers can be imported into ITQuoter, or iSell can automate this process with co-operation from the suppliers. You can even add ad hoc products on the fly.
ITQuoter can manage the whole sales process all the way through from quoting, quote management, price checking in open quotes, customer sales orders, supplier purchase orders, management reporting and a whole lot more if required. The only thing we can’t do is find you the customers.
ITQuoter will automatically calculate buy and sell rules defined by you, these can be as simple or as complex as you like (hey it even calculates Cisco prices and Special Bids). ITQuoter gives you control of your margins and your business. These rules are flexible and can be overridden when required to win the business.
Finance and rental pricing can automatically be applied to all of your quotes or selected on the fly with one click (no more finance tables or missed opportunities).
Once the products are selected with pricing automatically calculated it’s a matter of a few clicks to add or select your customer from the CRM system. Make any changes you require (ITQuoter will track all versions/revisions of your quote), add in any extra text needed and send a professional looking quote to your customer, we can even add a link to the quote back to your iSell Gen III eCommerce solution for the customer to order online.
When the order is confirmed ITQuoter will manage your customer order, convert it into a purchase order and even create any renewals associated with the order for you. The system copes with drop shipping without a problem. ITQuoter can receipt deliveries on orders and produce your backorder reports.
ITQuoter comes complete with a range of quotation, sales and management reports available. Specific reports can be created by iSell or by using the iSell Reports Engine option which will allow easy creation of reports.
ITQuoter has a configurable permissions based security systems which can be setup to restrict User access to only certain parts of the system and use of certain features.
Integration into existing or planned back office systems is possible with ITQuoter's published and supported APIs.
