ITQuoter and your Web Site databases are linked together in real-time! This means that you can be talking to a customer over the phone, produce a quote (in ITQuoter) and that customer can log-in and view the quote - immediately. You can make changes whilst you are both discussing and negotiating the deal. Then, at a press of the button, an order can be placed (and paid by credit card if you enable this feature).

Maybe your customer will think it over and order later? You can receive an automatic email or SMS the moment this happens.

Your Web Site contains live credit card processing abilities through eSec's Payment Service. Just pay for the transactions (20c Ex GST each) and there is no additional charge or payable option from iSell.
